In a sheet of pasta made with durum wheat semolina and eggs, a stuffing is wrapped with various types of meat and herbs according to an ancient traditional recipe re-evaluated today by Pagani.Pour 1 packages of Tortellini into 2.5 litres of slightly salted water just before it starts boiling. Boil for 16 minutes.
