In Pagani's Tortellini the gastronomic specialities rise to new life in traditional cuisine. Its specialties are dry filled pasta, like tortellini and ravioli with ham, cheese or many more fillings. In a sheet of pasta made with durum wheat semolina and eggs, a stuffing is wrapped with various types of meat and herbs according to an ancient traditional recipe re-evaluated today by Pagani.

Pour 1 packages of Tortellini into 2.5 litres of slightly salted water just before it starts boiling. Boil for 16 minutes.
