The product is not pasteurized and no added preservatives, any deposits are considered natural evolution of the vinegar.

Made from Pineau de Charentes, a traditional French aperitif prepared by adding young Cognac to the unfermented juice of Charentes grapes, then aged in oak-tree barrels for four years.
