Questioning why a country with world-class wines had no high quality vinegars, they set out to product exquisite natural vinegars with unique flavors that reflect and promote Chilean food culture.Each wine used as a base for Origen vinegars is hand-selected. The chardonnay wines are chosen from the Casablanca Valley with its Pacific sea air and cold foggy mornings producing renowned white wine.
