The original product was a chocolate dipped pinot noir soaked cherry that became all the rage in the tasting room with the patrons. Over the years, the Gil's products expanded to encompass hot sauces, hand stuffed olives, infused oils and balsamic vinegar, mustards, salsas, pesto, and chocolates. In 2009, with its more than 60 products and long standing history in the area, Gil's Gourmet changed ownership - Gil's Gourmet is still a locally owned and operated family business with a focus on the finest quality at value prices.
