Trachanas soup: Preparation: Pour water in the pot and at the same time, while the water is still cold, throw in the trachanas with some butter or oil. Stir well over medium heat, add salt, pepper and butter and boil for 15-20 minutes while stirring. When ready, add some crumbled cheese. It's ready to eat.
