Recipes For: Cracked Wheat .Tabouleh:Ingredients For 1 salad you shall need: 200 g Fytro Cracked Wheat 120 g Onions, chopped 3 Tomatoes, chopped, without the seeds 1 big bunch of Parsley, chopped some fresh Spearmint, chopped Salt Pepper Olive oil Lemon Preparation Pour the Cracked Wheat in a pot with 700 ml water and leave to boil. Remove from the heat and let it soak until cold (it will absorb the water). Add the Onion, the Τomatoes, the Parsley and Spearmint and stir. Pour the olive Oil and Lemon juice and add Salt and Pepper. As an alternative to the basic recipe, you may add 300 g of Tuna or 750 g Chicken breast (boiled and cut in small pieces) and 200 g Haloumi, grated.
