This delicate handcrafted blend yields a full bodied meal with endless possibilities. For example, toast the dry blend in olive oil and cumin, add liquid (stock or water) and cook with roasted tomatoes. Top with fresh lemon juice, cilantro, and feta cheese. It is also delicious served cold. Combine the cooked blend with chopped fresh kale, chard, or spinach, roasted red peppers, chickpeas, red onion, and toss with a lemon tahini dressing.
