Preparation: Grits can be cooked in other liquids, but this is the basic preparation in water. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Slowly and carefully add 1 cup of White Hominy Grits. Stir and scrape down the sides of the pan well. Lower heat and simmer for 12 minutes or until tender. Storage: Store grits in a cool, dry place.
