We opted for rich, healthful fats so we wouldn't have to add sugar. Muffins: Please be sure to freeze these as soon as they arrive. You may want to split them fully before freezing to make toasting easier. Mikey's Muffins are a paleo friendly, low calorie, multi-purpose english muffin for those who cannot or choose not to eat gluten, dairy, soy, or grain products. By utilizing almonds for their rich flavor and incredible versatility, we were able to create a tastable english muffin with great taste and texture that fits all of our criteria.
