Selezione Quality White Wine Vinegar starts with wine made with 100% Italian grown grapes, some including Trebbiano, Albana & Montuni grapes. The wine from these grapes are then slowly fermented with natural Mother (a natural and healthy agent that develops in wine, by turning the natural sugars into acid, and then into vinegar) to make an exceptional wine vinegar with all the antioxidant benefits the grape product provides. In the final step to create a smooth finish, as well as, picking up some additional wood aromatics, the product is stored for some time in Oak Barrels.
