How to Use Organic Adzuki Beans Cover the beans in a pot of cool water and soak overnight (or at least 8 hours). Rinse the beans and fill a pot with fresh water. Add your choice of spices and seasonings and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook the beans for 45 minutes to an hour (or until tender). Once cooked, you can use the adzuki beans in a beans and rice dish or in your favorite bean recipes.
