Rigatoni Alla Quinoa is a delicious rigatoni pasta made using quinoa, translating as “Large Grooved”, the short, tubular and hollow Rigatoni’s ridges and holes are perfect with any sauce, from cream or cheese to meat making it an ideal counterpart for meat and other chunky sauces and is also a great choice for baked pasta dishes.
