Gourmet Strawberry Fruit Vinegar Made From USA Strawberries (4 Pack) No Salt. No Fat.

I love the Fresh Strawberry Vinegar for two very different reasons: Because on its own with a drizzle of olive oil over a salad whose greens are locally grown with a few sprigs of dill, shredded cucumber, carrots, and nuts is something that is out of this world and that I could eat on its own for a meal unto itself. Because our Fresh Strawberry Vinegar and the Blue Cheese dressing that is made and sold at Spiros Pizza in Seattle, WA is the most unsuspecting but most delicious pairing of fruit and cheese that I have ever tasted in a creamy dressing. I have to admit to you that I am a strawberry guy. Marnie makes me a strawberry pie for my birthday every year and I love it. I think we had strawberries in our back yard when I was younger and so my mother would make strawberry pie and strawberry ice cream from scratch and I remember loving it. I went for a good 30 years without strawberry anything until I moved to Seattle where we eat these beautiful Skagit Valley and Puyallup strawberries that are to die for. So we buy them from a family farm and use them to make this beautiful fruit vinegar that is almost all strawberries, we use them to make a strawberry jam and syrup that both taste like a strawberry pie. I feel like that bubba character on Forest Gump with all the things that I love to do with Strawberries.
