When we purchased the box of Church Supper Recipes at a Sonoma garage sale, we never expected to find a handwritten stack of perfect pickling recipes, date 1930. They came from the pickling house owned by John Lenardo, a local Sonoma Farmer. It is only appropriate that we bring their delicious, spears, asparagus, and olives to market under his name. Purveyors Kitchen is a small batch artisan purveyor located in Northern California's Sierra Foothills. With an emphasis on all-natural and organic ingredients*, Purveyors Kitchen focuses on flavorful culinary creations that tease the senses and tantalize taste buds. Sourcing locally grown ingredients whenever possible from the lush valleys of the Sierra, we pride ourselves in producing quality products other purveyors envy. Over fifteen categories of products, contains no artificial colors, no artificial ingredients and made in small batches. *The majority of the PK products are all-natural however, please read the ingredient decks of each product since some items (like Bacon) are not processed naturally.
