These jumbo pitted California-grown green Queen Sevillano olives are delicious and crunchy and just waiting for your creative input. Brought to Northern California from Spain, the California Sicillian Cured Sevillano is a larger table olive, buttery with notes of lemon. Stuff whatever you want into them - tomatoes, cheese, peppadews, nuts, roasted garlic, carrots, bell peppers, chilis, lemon, orange, wherever your imagination and taste buds take you. We love using these large olives to make our favorite recipe from Marche, Olive Ascolana, fried olives.
