The Morello Cherry is a sour cherry native to Poland, as well as much of Eastern Europe. These preserved Morello Cherries are very easy to enjoy. Of course, you can simply eat them straight out of the jar with a spoon. They are also excellent as a topping over ice cream, rice pudding, chocolate pudding, panna cotta, custard, or other similar desserts. We especially love them mixed into oatmeal and/or yogurt.
