Pizza Pasta Sauce is made from some of the finest vine ripened organically grown tomatoes. The tomatoes are grown in dark humus, nutrient rich organic soil, carefully tended and harvested. The vital soil, grower's care, and expert cooking make their tomatoes some of the most delicious and nourishing around.
Pizza Pasta Sauce is made with whole tomatoes, the finest quality non irradiated herbs and spices, and never any 'processing aids.' We do not peel our tomatoes because the whole tomato offers the best flavor and all the nourishment that nature intended. Rich in vitamin C and potent antioxidant nutrients including beta carotene (vitamin A) and lycopene, they are a good source of dietary fiber and potassium, and a source of protein, calcium, iron, vitamins B1, B2 and B3, phosphorus, and magnesium.
