Linguini Salad
Start to Finish: 20 minutes (Refrigerate overnight)

Ingredients
1 pound linguini, cooked
1 green pepper
2 peeled and diced raw zucchini
1 Bermuda onion
1 diced tomato
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or more to taste)
2 cups Ken's® Italian w/Aged Romano
Black pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Directions
Cook linguini as directed on package. Drain and rinse. Combine vegetables, Parmesan cheese and Ken's® Italian w/Aged Romano. Add dash of black pepper and garlic powder. Mix together.
Refrigerate overnight. |
