Indofood Grilled Chicken With Spicy Coconut Sauce (Ayam Bakar Bumbu Rujak) in 1.76oz (50g) sachet. Product of Indonesia. Directions : - Make shallow diagonal slashes in the chicken breast pieces & then rub with lime juice. Let it stand for 20 mins. Sauté the spices paste, lime leaves, bay leaves, galangal & lemon grass. - Stir in tomato & coconut milk bring it to a simmer over medium heat. Stir constantly until the coconut milk becomes rather thick. - Put in sweet soy sauce & chicken, cook until the chicken half done. Remove the chicken from heat, grill the chicken or bake at 180°C until cooked. Smear with the sauce once in awhile. Serve chicken with the rest of the sauce.
