Aneto takes stock to the next level with this blend of their homemade broth, with added sautéed vegetables and fish - all in one box. This kit helps you to create a wonderful and fulfilling paella, where all you need to do is add your favorite brand of short-grained rice. To start, Aneto fries the onions, tomatoes and garlic in virgin olive oil over a very low heat to create a sofrito. They then season it with paprika and a touch of saffron. Next they add all the seafood and the rock fish to the sofrito and continue cooking it gently for over 2 hours, slowly adding Aneto's Seafood Broth. Each box contains both broth and sautéed fish and vegetables. Knorr paella broth enhances the taste of seafood and also provides all the color without adding dyes thanks to saffron. PREPARATION (serves 4 people): 1. Saute the seafood and remove. Prepare the sauce and add 250 grams of rice. 2. Add 750 ml of water, bring to a boil and dissolve 2 tablets for Knorr Paella bouillon cubes. 3. Add the seafood and cook about 15 min. Let stand and you're ready to serve! Tip: You can also prepare the paella broth previously dissolving 2 tablets in hot water.
