Italian Classics Penne, imported from the Puglia region, is designed to hold its shape! We start with the finest Italian wheat from the Puglia plains to create this protein-rich durum wheat, which is gently ground and sifted to create a very hearty semolina flour. The resulting pasta keeps its shape in cooking.
