Over the years we have perfected the art of making maple cream. We only use our early season Medium amber syrup for making maple cream which gives it that perfectly smooth and creamy texture with absolutely to die for maple flavor. Our maple cream is made from nothing more than 100% pure maple syrup. No preservatives or additives. On an average year only about 5 percent of our entire maple crop qualifies for making maple cream.
