Minor’s Brown Sauce

Minors Brown Sauce Prep, a true Espagnole, is a savory paste concentrate of beef base with subtle notes of tomato, onion and garlic with a light thickener. Comparable in flavor to classic brown sauce (Espagnole). Fast, foolproof and can be prepared the day before and reheated. Just add water and cook up a lightly thickened, perfectly seasoned gravy for meat dishes or mashed potatoes. A convenient base for making classic sauce variations such as Bordelaise, Chasseur or Burgundy Sauces. Create additional variety with sliced onions, mushrooms or green peppers.
