Sadaf Roasted Noodle Raisinette Basmati Rice (Reshteh Polo), 6 Ounce Box

This is a vegetarian rice made with Reshte (Iranian roasted noodles). Directions: Shake the bag before opening and do not rinse before or after cooking. For four servings add 1.5 cups of water to the entire content of the bag, 2 tablespoons of oil , in a covered sause pan and bring to boil. After 4 to 5 minutes, reduce the heat to low, simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Stir gently for good mixture and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
