UHT-treated ready to use béchamel. The Ultra Heat Treatment is a process whereby the product is heated to a very high temperature for a few seconds. UHT inactivates the bacterial load in béchamel and makes it hygienically safe. Subsequent packaging in a sterile environment, as well as the use of sterile, air and light-tight protective packaging allow milk to have longer life without using preserving substances pursuant to the law in force.
Ingredient for the preparation of lasagne, pasta dishes, vegetables, meat and fish. Stelle Alpine UHT Bechamel is perfect for dressing pasta dishes, for giving a twist to the contours, for seasoning meat dishes, creating flans, soufflé, crepes and timbales. |
