Butter Chicken - Easy to prepare instructions

You will need:
2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 lb chicken breast (diced), 1 jar of Patak's Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce, and rice.

Stove-Top Meathod:
1. Heat oil in large skillet.
2. Add the chicken and saute until the meat is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Drain off any excess fat.
4. Pour sauce over chicken and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Add water if more sauce is required. Serve hot over rice.

Over Method:
1. In large casserole dish, combine chicken and cooking sauce.
2. Bake at 400°F until chicken is cooked through, about 50-60 minutes. Serve hot over rice.
