Best for appetizers and small bites, serve with burrata, buffalo ricotta cheese, and on bites of crispy bread. A beautiful and tasty addition to your table. Add to a version of a BLT! Perhaps substitute grilled pancetta or crispy prosciutto, for the bacon. With your favorite bread, add the artichoke spread to your combination of "bacon", lettuce and tomato.
