Our recipe includes roasted red peppers, poblanos, onions, and garlic, and is sweetened, making it perfect for grilled meats and vegetables. We use fresh tomatoes direct from family growers we know and trust in new jersey, and do not use any tomato pastes or concentrates. With half has much sugar and two-thirds less salt than many brands, the fresh tomato flavor shines through. Our products are non-GMO, gluten and peanut free, are packed in recyclable clear glass, and contain no artificial or natural flavors. We use organic and fair-trade ingredients whenever possible.
