When her mother began making homemade noodles for several local grocers, Esther also discovered a passion for the business. In 1973 Esther ventured into her own noodle-making endeavor. She spent hours in her kitchen experimenting with the noodle-making process until she had it perfected. This same old fashioned process of kneading, rolling and cutting is still used today.
