Try these on a cracker with pimento cheese and get caught up in the heat of the moment. Like all good stories, Miss Jenny's has an exciting beginning. Jenny and Ashlee were partners in the financial industry until the economy took a nose dive a few years back. Out of a job, they suddenly realized what they were really meant to do in their life. Make pickles. Not just ordinary pickles, but pickles the way pickles are supposed to be. The way that Jenny's grandmother, aka, MawMaw made pickles. Using MawMaw's family recipes, and some cucumbers from the field next door to her house in Belews Creek, NC, Miss Jenny's Pickles was born. Along the way, they met all kinds of inspiring people in the cucumber industry who helped them become "The Pickle Ladies." In the kitchens at Miss Jenny's church and the Winston Lake YMCA, they perfected the pickle process and were well on their way to making Miss Jenny's Pickles a household name. Now, Miss Jenny's unique gourmet pickles are being pickled, packed and shipped to places all over the globe. The story so far has been pretty doggone good, but Jenny and Ashlee believe the best is yet to come.
