Our confit-style preserved lemons are made with beldi lemons, which are recognized as one of the best varieties for pickling. Beldi lemons are mildly sweet and exceptionally fragrant, and their delicious flavor is only intensified during the pickling process. Ours are grown in southern morocco near Marrakech, Agadir, and Taroudant. The lemons are cured in sea salt and then sliced and mixed with pulp and brine.
