The Marchesi family has done an exceptional job in infusing juices and whole pepperoncino, into their award winning extra virgin olive oil, from the Umbrian countryside. This is one of my mother Sheila's favorites, she sautés shallots in pan, allows them to cool down to room temperature, whisks in this extra virgin oil along with our favorite every day Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, noted in our Balsamic Vinegar collection. She then asks my dad Sal aka "King of the Grill" to create magic with his choice of steaks. When they come off the grill my mom spreads this amazing creation, along with freshly chopped basil. Some of our favorites are sprinkling a "bit" over my brother Matthew's awesome hand tossed pizzas, substituted in any dish where you want heat, think Clams Linguine with this Pepperoncino extra virgin and a dosing of fresh lemon juice and parsley delish! Anywhere you want a "Zinger effect", this extra virgin is a 10 on 10 for the heat index!

The Marchesi family has done an exceptional job in infusing the rosemary herb, into their award winning extra virgin olive oil, from the Colli Sabina countryside between Lazio and Umbria. This rich rosemary infused extra virgin olive oil is Kristine's favorite on baked sweet potatoes, nothing else just this, really yummy! It is a classic on the charcuterie tray and cheese board, drizzle over fresh goat cheese for a very nice presentation. It is amazing with Penne pasta, slices of prosciutto, sprinkled with Gorgonzola cheese, chopped toasted walnuts and this oil drizzled over the top.

Drizzle the Orange Extra Virgin Oil over my home made vanilla gelato, and yes he sprinkles chopped basil over the top with a sprinkle of fleur de sel. This extra virgin alone is great used in your oil sprayer load it up and spray over seafood, and fresh watermelon or cantaloupe.

The Marchesi family has done an exceptional job in infusing garlic juices and slices of dried garlic, into their award winning extra virgin olive oil, from the Colli della Sabina in between Umbria and Lazio When you want garlic and require those post dinner smoochies, this is an extra virgin that can deliver that. This is a great way too to make delicious roasted garlic bread; slice baguettes, set oven for 350F sprinkle with this extra virgin toast until golden brown, top with freshly chopped parsley, and voila, yummies and smoochies together. This also pairs very nicely with the Pepperoncino extra virgin olive oil and makes a great combo on sautéed spinach, top with goat cheese and toasted almonds. Use as you would fresh garlic, and make sure to share smoochies while cooking together in your kitchen, it makes everything taste better!

This delicate extra virgin is amazing used with fresh squeezed lemon juice and a splash f white wine brushed over grilled fish and chicken. Makes your tomato caprese salad beautiful with it's rich green natural hue from the basil infused the oil at time of pressing. It takes like spring time, and makes roasted cauliflower beautiful and delicious! Try too with pasta and rise dishes.
