My kids and grandkids love these sauces so much they said that I had to share my flavors with the world! Each of these sauces is different but feel free to experiment with them - there is no wrong way to use them. Thank you for your interest in these sauces and I hope you enjoy them as much as we do. " This sauce can be used to marinate any meat, especially bulgogi. Use as a quick marinade for thinly sliced beef, let it sit for a few hours, then cook on a hot pan. A little goes a long way - for one pound of thinly sliced beef, I use about 4-5 tablespoons of sauce. You can use this sauce for chicken, duckboki, or to add a slightly sweet, soy sauce. Special Recipe: For the Jap-chae: 1/4 lb. thin sliced beef 1/4 cup each of sliced carrot, onion, cabbage, bell pepper and mushroom 1 package of clear or glass noodles 1 tbs. sesame oil 1 tbs. plus 1/4 cup of Bulgogi Sauce Soak the noodles for 30 minutes in water. Drain the water from the noodles and use scissors to cut the noodles into 4" pieces. Stir fry the carrots and then add the onion, cabbage, mushroom and bell pepper. Stir fry the sliced beef in the sesame oil, then add 1 tbs. of Bulgogi Sauce. Add the noodles to the stir fried beef and cook until the noodles are soft. Add the vegetables and the remaining Bulgogi sauce; mix and serve. |
