Organic Olive Juice - Masseria Ghietta Sun Dried Vegetable Tapenade in EVOO

The region where we have our farm (Puglia) has a unique weather pattern, in May and June it is fairly wet and very warm facilitating excellent vegetable growth, and in July and August it turns to dry and hot. This allows us to dry our vegetables in the sun (not in an oven) and have real natural sun-dried vegetables, without having to worry about the rain. All our vegetables are grown in the ground (not in a factory) and with real sun, water and care. We partnered with a local chef, from a restaurant that we love, to prepare these simple but great tasting products, only with natural ingredients. To prepare these vegetables like we do, one must be a little bit a farmer, a little bit a chef and a little bit an artist. We hope that these will transport our friends and clients to Puglia where these were prepared with care and respect.
