This creamy horseradish is made by mixing fresh grated horseradish with salt, sugar, and vinegar. In Poland, it is used as a condiment for kielbasa and ham. Unlike lesser preserves, horseradish is the first ingredient in this sauce. When blended with tart fruit preserves, it makes a great sauce for roast beef.
