Braswell's carefully selected Kadota Figs from the Central Valley are combined with pure cane sugar and gently cooked until they acquire a honey like texture which is highlighted with chunks of tender figs. Use Braswell's Fig Preserve on cheese trays, in baked goods or as a spread for a warm biscuit.
