Alessi Allanorma Pasta Sauce, 24 Ounce -- 6 per case. All natural Alessi Pasta Sauce "Alla Norma" tastes homemade because it is made the same way the Alessi's make it at home. Fresh garlic and onion are sauteed in Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sicilian pear shaped tomatoes, picked in their most ripened and juicy state, are then added to this "soffritto" along with a few basil leaves.
