Michael Angelo's Ancient Grain Kamut Fettuccine (Pack of 8)

Michael Angelo's Kamut pasta's are unique in that we make them using non-GMO organic Kamut khorasan wheat that is organically grown. Kamut is the Ancient Egyptian word for wheat, the root meaning "Soul of the earth." Using this grain sets our pasta apart by giving added health benefits such as higher protein and vitamin levels than non Kamut pastas. Although not gluten-free, Kamut pasta is easier to digest than regular wheat and can be consumbed by many of those that have a gluten sensitivity.
