This gluten-free DIY Blondie Brownie mix packs a punch in protein without that typical "chalky" protein after taste. A non-glass 9X13 pan or a 12 serving baking pan. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Grease a non-glass 9X13 pan or a 12 serving baking pan with a non stick spray. Melt your coconut oil down to liquid for easier mixing. Pour the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, combine coconut oil, egg whites, and water (or almond milk). Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth (without whipping). Pour mixture evenly into pan. Bake for approximately 26 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes. Cut into 12 Brownies. After cooled, store in an air tight container and refrigerate after 1 day.
