Pasta is differently coloured by means of natural food dyes added to the dough: tomato for red or paprika for orange; saffron or curcuma for yellow; beetroot for violet or pink; sepia for black; spinach for green.  All food dyes are natural product with no additives. Original Italian Pasta shaped vortex or vortex, no colors. Bold colors are due solely to the inclusion in the mass of natural spices and seasonings: orange is paprika or paprika (1.5%), yellow is Curcuma (1%), violet is beet (2%) and green is Spinach (3%). Brewed since 1920 by the family De Nettis with durum wheat semolina in Pugglia native (Southern Italy).Â
